About this Cook
I am married with four children so need to be able to cook!
My favorite things to cook
I cook all the holiday meals in the fmaily and I love it! Make a mean lasagna too which is what most ask for when it is time to pick out birthday meals.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My dad and I used to get up early and make breakfast for the rest of our family when I was a kid. This started my love of cooking and I was about 8 at the time.
My cooking triumphs
I was so proud when I cooked my first Thanksgiving Turkey 8 years ago.
My cooking tragedies
One year for my mother in law's birthday, I was making a lasagna and the oven caught on fire!

Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball
It tastes wonderful but mine never did harden enough to form a real ball. We dipped it out of the bowl and used a spoon to get it out. It was too thin to form into a ball after overnight even. It did taste great though.

Turtle Cake I
I made this per instructions on Christmas Eve. One guest said I was the best baker in the world because of it. I tried it and it is tooo rich for me. I sent the rest with the man who calls me best baker. Probably won't make again.
