Marshmallow Fondant
I love this recipe! Since I am a firm believer in "work smarter, not harder" I made this completely with my KitchenAid. I added only 3 tablespoons of water directly to the marshmallows before microwaving to melt. Then I poured EVERYTHING in the KitchenAid and let it run until my fondant was ready! I was able to use it right out of the bowl. I highly recommend rolling it out on parchment paper...no mess, no stick!

Stuffed Mushrooms II
I did not care for these at all, although my boyfriend sort of liked them the next day. I used more cream cheese and less bread crumbs than the recipe called for, but it still seemed like it was all filler. I don't think I will be making these again.

Malasadas
Onolicious is the perfect word! I used to go to Tex Drive-In all the time for their malasadas, but I've been in Virginia for about 4 years now. Mahalo for sharing this recipe! It brought back memories from the hanabata days in Hilo.
