I took the advice of another reviewer and added more chesse. Ugh!! It was awful. Next time I'll just grate a little jack onto it. I also baked it uncovered and everyone liked the crunch. Will make again. j

Tangy Chicken Fajitas

Very, very good. Will keep in my recipe box. Just wish the veggies were crisper. Be sure to cook on med-hi to reduce liquid quickly.

Monte Cristo Sandwich - the Real One

This IS the monte cristo from the Blue Bayou at Disneyland. I've eaten it many times. Excellent recipe and simple to prepare.

Lemon Cheese Bars

I can't believe no reviews have been posted about this dessert! 5 stars are not enough. I make these for every function and holiday feast and I'm always asked for the recipe. I LOVE lemon so I make it with lemon cake mix instead of white but either way you have a winner.

Chicken Enchiladas V

Excellent recipe but I made a few changes. I mix everything but the cheese and spoon it into the tortillas and top with some cheese before rolling up. Then I put more cheese on top and drizzle a can of green enchilada sauce over the whole thing and bake. Yum!

Aunt Fannie's Dinner

Absolutely Ultimate Potato Soup

I too agree this is the best potato soup. Better than my Mom's. Sorry Mom. I love the thickness of it - You can eat it with a fork. Next time I'll add more tarragon and garlic. I can't wait to share this recipe with friends.

Filet with a Merlot Sauce

I was so excited to try this recipe. After searching the web I came across this one with so many rave reviews. Sorry to say I was disappointed. It had too much of a vinegar taste. I won't make this again.
