Married, no kids.I LOVE food. Husband will eat anything as long as its warmed up and put on a plate so, I'm not stuck making meat and taters. Anything spinach, artichokes, cheese and anything with the words "cream of". Roasting fresh New Mexico chiles. The whole family participated. Also, just being with my mom in her kitchen while she cooked and baked. My first souffle came out perfect -recipe from the Good Housekeeping cookbook my mom gave me. Also, my first Hollendaise sauce-Betty Crocker cookbook my mom gave me. Pros are surprised by these successes. I just followed the recipe. Many and varied. The first turkey I attempted I left the neck and giblets in the bird. I can't bake a loaf of bread to save my life and once when I made red enchilada sauce from scratch, the lid shot off the blender and rained red sauce all over my kitchen. I can go on and on.
