Beefy Chinese Dumplings
These were fantastic. I only used 1 lb of ground beef and used shredded cole slaw mix. The kids had a blast helping me make them too. I sauteed them in batches in a tiny bit of sesame seed oil after boiling. I can't wait to reheat my leftovers the same way, I'm sure they'll taste just as good.

Ethiopian Cabbage Dish
A little bland but followed some reviews and added a splash of vinegar. I liked trying something new including cabbage.

Breaded Chicken Fingers
So easy and good! I increased the breading 1.5x as suggested and double-dipped. Also increased seasonings and lightly salted after frying and putting on wire rack. My husband loved these and even drove home from work to eat the leftovers the next day - huge compliment from him!
