Black Bean And Corn Salad II
Wow! I made this for a Memorial Day church picnic and had people asking me for the recipe left and right! What a great combination of flavors and a super colorful recipe! Will make again for sure!

Banana Crepes
Very nice recipe. I made these as the finale of a fairly fancy dinner for a large group. I made the crepes in the morning and layered them between wax paper and also made the sauce earlier in the day. When it was time for desert, I just heated the sauce, threw in the bananas, and while they were cooking, I drizzled chocolate syrup on the dessert plates, rolled the banana up in the crepe, and topped with the whipped cream and sauce and a strawberry and mint leaf on the side. It was absolutely beautiful, and a hit in every way.

Rosemary-Scented Pork Loin Stuffed With Roasted Garlic, Dried Apricots and Cranberries and Port Wine Pan Sauce
A fabulous recipe! I made this for a large dinner party and wanted to save some time, so I stuffed the loin the night before. I think doing this allowed the garlic and rosemary flavors to completely permeate the entire body of the roast. It was a complete success, and quite beautiful as well.
