Kielbasa and Kidney Beans
I used red beans and it was wonderful.Very simple.

Creamed Onions II
NO FAT sauce 1 Cup skim milk 1/4 Cup skim milk powder and 1 TBS corn starch wisking constantly while heating to a boil to thicken, season as above.

Creamed Onions
Fat free sauce. Mix 1 cup skim milk with 1/4 Cup skim milk powder and 1 Tbs. corn starck salt and pepper and nutmeg to taste, heat to a boil wisking all the time. Try it it works fine.
