Cashew Chicken Casserole
I don't like dark chicken meat, so I used all white chicken breasts, which I precooked in a bit of butter, I also added some garlic and lawry's seasoning salt.
I put in a 4oz can of sliced mushrooms also, and added about a 1/2 cup more cashews.
I also covered the casserole with foil while baking, I only baked it 20 minutes. it was good. but it makes 9 servings, not 4 like the recipe said when I printed it out.
