Chicken-Fried Chops
This was AMAZINGLY good. I made the mistake of using pork chops with bones, however--it was annoying to have to fish out all the bones from the fall-apart tender meat. My mistake though, not the recipe. It IS important to have boneless chops!

All Day Apple Butter
This was AMAZING. Addictive, actually. The only annoying part is the prep. If you don't have tools that make the breakdown easy, it's a long, slow, tortuous process to peel and core and cut the apples. The end result, however, was completely worth it.

Garlic Chicken Stir Fry
Very yummy. I reduced the ginger, since my fiance is not fond of it, and will reduce the amount of chicken next time since it seemed a bit much--but that's our taste.
