Chicken Florentine Casserole
I also made some of the changes made by previous reviewers. I didn't have cream of mushroom soup so skipped the garlic and used garlic cream of mushroom soup. I used one box of fresh spinach and sauteed it. I also sauteed the mushrooms then cut up the chicken in large chunks and seared it then put on top of the spinach and mushrooms, poured the sauce over everything and baked at 350 for 15 min. Added 1 cup of shreddes cheddar cheese and bacon and baked for an additional 30 min.........MMMMMMMMMMMMM Delicious!!!!!!!!

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili
My husband always hates it when I try a new recipe, he insists that my old tried and true ones are the best. I felt that my chili recipe was just not what it should be and wanted to try something different .....Well my husband raved about this chili!!! I will definitely be making this again, the only thing I changed was to add a can of pork and beans to it. I love this recipe!!!!!!!

Cabbage Rolls II
These were awesome!!! I used tips from lots of the past reviews.....First I cored and microwaved the cabbage until the leaves came off very easy. I doubled the recipe and used half ground pork and half ground beef, also added garlic powder. I used brown rice but didn't have enough tomato sauce to quadruple the sauce so doubled it and added a can of tomato soup near the end of baking (350 for 1.5 hours). My family loved these, I will definately make again SOON.
