This is my second time making this fondant....well, it's my second time making any fondant at all. I have always been a little intimidated of this type of icing but when I saw this recipe I thought "this sounds way too easy". And it is! I followed the recipe exactly each time and it has come out beautifully. The only thing I do differently is that I used crisco the first time as I was out of butter and I have stuck with the crisco because it's nice and white. What a great recipe. Thanks!

This is absolutely delicious. I always double the sauce and trim the fat off the bacon. Sometimes I use turkey bacon if that's all we have. It always turns out great.
