Tuna Patties
Definitely use 2 cans of tuna! I didn't have the soup, so I substituted just 1/4 cup of mayo. Added 2 tbs of jarred relish & a dash of Old Bay seasoning. Also, I found that having the patties SIT for about an hour helped alot with cooking. These were tasty. I loved the stuffing idea! THANX for sharing!

Brown Sugar Meatloaf
Finding a good meatloaf recipe has always been a problem for me -- this one is GREAT! The fam was pleasantly surprised. I split the brown sugar/ketchup mixture & did half on bottom & half on top. The loaf was tasty & had nice texture - not crumbly, not hamburger-ish! THANX 4 sharing!

Great Hot Crab Dip
This is a perennial Christmas favorite. We serve cool, without almonds. Use toasted thinly sliced baguettes spinkled with Old Bay for dipping! Excellent!
