Ranch Oyster Crackers

Love this! I had a big bag of small pretzels leftover after making candy corn bark from this site (which was a huge hit!) so I did a combo of oyster crackers, pretzels and reduced fat cheez-its. I also added a shake of red pepper flakes to give it some kick. It turned out great and not too greasy.

Apricot Pork Tenderloin

This was really good and the kids all liked it, as some other reviewers mentioned. I used orange marmalade because that's what I had on hand and put it in the crock pot for about 5 1/2 hours. Great entree.

I'd say 4 1/2 stars as well because this is cheap and easy and DH loved it. I added some crushed red pepper and seasoning salt and served it over jasmine rice. Might add some shrimp next time too.

Hamburger Hash

This was delicious! My grandmother used to make this dish when I was a kid and it was my favorite. It's total comfort food. Not fancy, not spicy, just perfect for the kids. Easy to make, too.

Cake Mix Cookies VII

I'm giving these cookies a 5 star rating because they are soooo easy to make and the ingrediants are almost always on hand. They taste like gooey butter cookies to me because I left out the chocolate chips but did sprinkle them with powdered sugar. Yummy and easy.

Clam Sauce with Linguine
