This was so easy, I couldn't believe it would turn out so great. I followed some of the other suggestions, ie; I sliced a sweet onion & put it in first, used cranberry sauce instead of dried cranberries, & sprinkled the pork with thyme, rosmary & fresh ground pepper. Easy enough for during the week, fancy enough for comapany.

Utterly forgettable. The description made it sound really tasty, the reality was dry pasta without enough anything all tossed together. I don't think this is worth trying to tweak.

Absolutely loved this! Even my picky brother had helpings of this casserole at Christmas. I had no problems with the recipe at all, very clear instructions. Thank you for a new family favourite!
