Burrito Pie
Excellent for a crowd! I followed the advice of another reviewer and used twice as many tortillas and used several per layer. I also simmered the meat mixture for 30 minutes. It is spicier than I thought it would be, even with mild taco sauce, but lettuce and sour cream on top helped to cool it down.
