The flavor of the sauce was very good! I did not use my slow cooker, but cut down on the dishes/time by cooking the chicken in my skillet, then adding the soups, rotel and cheese. Served the sauce over the spaghetti. Next time will add more tomatoes or maybe some spinach. It needs more veggies or color.

Easy, inexpensive, and tastes great! Followed the suggestion to use 1 pkg Lipton Onion Soup plus 2 c water since I didn't have French onion soup. Browned meat first, covered baking dish, stirred after 30 minutes, after 20 more minutes it was done. Melted cheddar on top. Yummy! Next time will add more bell pepper.

The topping turned out too cake-like for me. I prefer a cobbler topping to be thin and crispy. The taste was very good though.
