Chicken Cordon Bleu II
We loved it!! added a little ground red pepper instead of paprika (i was out) and a little garlic powder. also added a little milk with cream because I did not have enough. served it with egg noodles.

Cinnamon Swirl Bundt Coffee Cake
great texture! but it seems to be missing something. I did make a couple changes though, half butter/half applesauce, brown sugar, and no nuts. I also did not read the rcipe correctly and made a few mistakes, I mixed the eggs and butter together then added sugar, I also mixed the cinnamon and sugar in the cake instead of layering (i misread it). But the cake still turned out great it was very moist. I probably needs the nuts and the layering. Icing would be great as well.

Rich Chocolate Frosting
excellent! i made a couple substitutionsto use stuff I had on hand. I used some coffee liquor with the milk to add more flavor, and I used these choco flavored nestle packets, I have been trying to use them up they are unsweetened chocolate flavored somethimng or another. Icut the butter because the choco things could be sub for the powderr and oil. It worked great. I cut the recipe in half, iced 1 two layer cake and have plenty left over.
