This was pretty good. I had to substitute quite a few things because i didn't have them, for example i put onion in for the celery, dried apricots for the raisons and curry for the cumin. then i added apple juice with the broth instead of brown sugar to sweeten it up a bit more. i also found i had to cook the squash for longer than the 30 min. it said, i cooked it almost a full hour. otherwise delicious!
