Banana Pancakes I

excellent! I tweaked it a bit, using rice flour instead of all-purpose, and they tasted so good on their own that they didn't need toppings! however they cooked funny. browned very fast on the outside before cooking on the inside. otherwise great!

these were absolutely delicious! Easy to make (even with a few tweeks), altho they didn't stick very well together... any suggestions? Other than that, i loved them and will definately make them in the future.

this was excellent! all my other attempts in the past have tasted cheap and 'cornstarchy', but this one was creamy and delicious. i substituted 1/4 cup of milk for cream which gave it a nice touch. :)

this is great. but i gotta say that the ultimate seasoning is equal parts salt and sugar. Sweet and salty is SOOO good. i could eat it every night.

tasted ok, but was quite watery because i didn't use cream like they said and used milk instead. So if i had used cream this would have been a lot better i'm guessing.

Hummus III

This is a good recipe, but i would suggest taking down the lemon juice just a bit and adding water instead. it gets too sour with the lemon juice and is quite dry if you don't add water. turned out delicious otherwise!

Apricot Lentil Soup

yummy soup! i felt it needed a little something afterwards, like a little more 'zip'. so i put a pinch of curry powder in and (surprise!) a pinch of cinnamon! i feel like the combination brought this soup together. wonderful!
