About this Cook
well my cooking style has changed dramatically over the years. i started out cooking only what i knew and what my mom taught me which was usually pasta's and mexican style and a small repitoire of recipes; Kraft Dinner was my signature dish. 10-15 years later i am always looking for dishes with "organic" qualities and ingredients. I find Simple is best and i love trying different combinations that will work good together. I wold like to eventually only cook Vegan (excluding fish) meals and find ways to make them super tasty!
My favorite things to cook
fish (prawns especially) Curry dishes and other ethnic foods.
My cooking triumphs
when i use up whatever is in my kitchen and it turns out amazing!
My cooking tragedies
burning things...i'm a bit of a scatterbrain in the kitchen

Banana Pancakes I
excellent! I tweaked it a bit, using rice flour instead of all-purpose, and they tasted so good on their own that they didn't need toppings! however they cooked funny. browned very fast on the outside before cooking on the inside. otherwise great!
