Mexican Lasagna I
I followed other allreciper's advice and only used 1 cup of water, but this recipe is quite tasty! I put some picante between all the layers instead of just on top and it turned out fine.

Hot Chicken Dip
A good base, but I will definately make additions next time to keep it from being bland. Perhaps a boullion cube, a packet of mexican seasoning for a mexican flare, or even some cheddar near the end of cooking time.

Slow Cooker Manly Stew
This was OK, but too meaty for me. I thought it would taste somewhat cheesy, but it didn't, really. It was good over mashed potatoes, but I don't think I'll be making this one again.
