These were delicious. I love the taste of peanut butter in the mix. They also make a beautiful presentation. (Sometimes I never know what my end result is going to look like!)

Yummy! I'd spray the pan lightly first.... I doubled the crumb mixture. One on top, one on bottom. Everyone LOVED it!
