Italian Wedding Soup I

I mixed the chicken and beef broth as suggested. I also browned the meatballs in a skillet before adding to the soup. Used spinach. Delcious!

Easy Granola Bars

While I like the easy prep and so few ingrediants, I didn't like the taste for the same reason I don't like 7 layer magic bars - all you can taste is the condensed milk. Gave me a tummy ache!

Chocolate Zucchini Muffins

Excellent! I'm always confused for shredded zucchini...2 cups packed or not packed. I used 2 cups packed of shredded zucchini - texture was perfect. Wouldn't change a thing to the recipe!

Jalapeno Popper Spread

Amazing! I couldn't find a 2oz. can of diced jalapenos, so I got sliced ones and used what I thought was 2ozs. worth. I made sure no seeds got it. This made the dip almost mild. I will make sure at least a few seeds get in next time to give it a kick! Definite party keeper!

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough + Cupcake = The BEST Cupcake. Ever.

Amazing! I think it is important to following the submitter's review and only bake about 16 minutes. I baked mine about 17 and it was delicous but I would have preferred it to be less done. I am concerned about the eggs in the dough, so I might try to find an eggless dough for the middles from now on, but genius idea on these cupcakes!

Shrimp Tetrazzini

I loved this! Perfect tetrazzini sauce. My husband didn't love it - said it was bland. I think he doesn't realize that tetrazzini isn't supposed to be spicy/bold. Will make again and again, I'll also try to sub with chicken.

Sour Cream Biscuits

AMAZING! Softest biscuits ever. I, like the others needed more flour for the kneeding. I also flipped the biscuits after 10 minutes, so they got equally brown on each side. I only baked for 15 minutes - perfection.

Tacos in Pasta Shells

I didn't really love this, and I love most things taco. For me pasta with taco just doesn't mesh. I'd love to experiment with this to get a rice based dish.

Clone of a Cinnabon

I found that cutting the butter into the brown sugar/cinnamon mixture creates for less running of the filling. My icing was very thick, I had to pop the rolls back in the oven with the icing on to get the icing to melt.

Frank's® Red Hot® Buffalo Chicken Dip

Always a classic for a party! I am not fond of blue cheese dressing so I sub with ranch. The Buffalo Wing sauce seems to be a little milder so I use that.

Buttery Soft Pretzels

Amazing! I used a Breadman machine. 2 lb. Dough only setting. I had to add a little extra water (maybe 1/3 C extra), and push down the dough during the first knead cycle. Turned out wonderful.

A classic! You can't go wrong. We have some family members with nut allergies, so I sub Cheerios for the nuts - it is a great addition.
