Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies
I have Celiac Disease so I make these to satisfy my sweet and carb tooth. I rather use brown sugar or the brown sugar Splenda. I also use chunky peanut butter sometimes to mix it up, but I almost always use a 100% natural peanut butter so there is not all the and added sugar in the non-natural peanut butters.

Jerk Chicken Pizza
This is my recipe, but I noticed the All Recipes people changed it a bit. To let you all know who want to try it I used German salami which is spicy. I also did not put the salami on top of the chicken I put it on top of the sauce. If you want a really spicy pizza sometimes I will put a hint of the jerk sauce in the pizza sauce as well.

Portobello Port Sauce for Steak
This was a yummy sauce for our a good cut of steak. I was looking at the Master Chef TV show and liked the idea of searing the steak in the pan to get the beef drippings and then finally cooking the steak in the oven. I find it makes the steaks really juicy. Great Recipe!
