Sausage Balls
Very good, basic sausage balls. I did add 2T of milk to help blend ingredients together and that worked well. I used Jimmy Dean sausage and did not have any problems with too much grease in the pan. This was my husband's family's first time having sausage balls and everyone liked them.

Country Cinnamon Swirl Bread
This was fantastic! The batter was very thick so I had a hard time pouring it into the pan in thirds, so I only put the cinnamon swirl in after 1/2 the batter then on top as well. This was moist and sweet and I got rave reviews.

Sweet Potatoes 'n' Pears
I used this recipe for Thanksgiving 2007 and it turned out very good. A healthy alternative to traditional sweet potato casserole.
