Sweet Potato Casserole IV
Loved it! Cooked exactly to recipe specs and there wasn't 1 bite left at the end of th emeal!

Easy Apple Crisp with Honey
The perfect family pleaser! I followed th recipe as directed, though mixed cinnamon w/apples, then added chopped candied walnuts to the topping. I served this with lite vanilla ice cream. There was none left afterwards!

Middle Eastern Rice with Black Beans and Chickpeas
Wow...VERY good! I subbed spices with 1-1/2tsp Curry powder, omitted the turkey (vegetarian) & parsley (none on hand), added 1/4C chopped purple onion as rice sautes. The aroma this dish has while cooking is amazing!
