Chinese Roast Pork
This recipe was perfect. I marinated for 8 hours and basted as suggested. It had a wonderful flavor throughout the meat. Everyone enjoyed it.

Mushroom Salisbury Steak
This was truly a comfort food dinner. I did not microwave this meal, rather cook on top of the stove.
