Parmesan-Crusted Chicken in PHILLY Cream Sauce
I made this for dinner tonight... the chicken that is. I served it with mashed potatoes and lima beans. I thought it was great. I used skinless, boneless chicken breasts and had no problem with them cooking thoroughly and quickly. I did have to mix up my own herb cream cheese mixture but it worked well. Certainly not like a chicken gravy but I found it a nice sauce. I had read the earlier reviews and was concerned about getting the chicken done. I was surprised at how quickly it cooked and even tested it with one of those instant thermometers to make sure.
