Sweet and Sassy Pork Tenderloin
Thanks so much for this recipe. Like the first reviewer suggested, we used this as a marinade and turned out wonderful. One thing I added was a TBS of Balsamic Vinegar. Can't wait to serve this the next time we entertain.

Modenese Pork Chops
Excellent recipe. I followed the instructions verbatum and it was excellent. A very simple and wonderful tasting recipe for pork. My wife and I loved it. Thanks Stephanie!!!!

Brandied Shrimp with Pasta
I tried this recipe for the first time and it was delicious. After reading several other reviews I was a little sceptical. To the one reviewer complaining about peeling 30+ shrimp some advice GET LARGER SHRIMP!!! and it would take less work. To the other reviewer about being too watery you need to pay more attention to detail. This was a thick and hearty meal if following the directions. A must taste recipe to enjoy.
