Venison Tips and Rice
This was a nice way to use up some Venison cubes I had in the freezer. I took the advice of a previous reviewer and slow roasted the meat for a while to make it tender. It turned out very well. I added some spices (Lawry's seasoning salt, mainly) and liquid smoke to add some flavor and kill some of the "gamey-ness" of it. I served the rice on the side instead of mixing it all together because of diabetic family members. I'd use this recipe again.

Spicy Grilled Shrimp
Wow - these are VERY spicy, but very good! The only thing I changed was only using 1/2 tsp of salt after reading the reviews and I added a couple of dashes of Old Bay. This may become my standard quick and easy shrimp recipe!

Fast and Friendly Meatballs
So easy and so good! I like recipes like this one. It gives you a good base for which you can add your own flair to, if you like. I added fresh chopped parsley, about 3 cloves of garlic (finely minced, of course), a diced onion, and some salt, pepper and a little bit of parmesan cheese. These were a big hit in this house! We didn't even have any for leftovers with the rest of the pasta for the next day - had to make more!
