I work for a water department and have been there 30 plus years. Started cooking when I was 16 as a short order cook in a small diner. I knew than I was hooked on cooking and have cooked part time in restaurants since. I gave it up a few years ago when my wife got sick to spend more time with her. I love cooking spagetti,casseroles and grilling.
