Nacho Cheese Sauce
WOW... just added finely diced Jalopenos.... Easy and YUM!!!!

Baked Tortilla Chips
baked less than time so no burn... no mister so just layed on plate and used fingers to swirl on oil and just seasoned with some kosher salt then cut into wedges! Yummmmmmmm

French Toast Casserole
the reasons it may be soft in middle, its really a recipe for bread pudding! Not a fan of soft in the middle bread pudding... So one star for bread pudding.
