Venison Fajitas
delicious just as printed..I think next time I will add an jalapeno..but very good for "venison"

Mom's Pumpkin Pie
Perfect! Best I have ever made. I used fresh pumpkin I had frozen. When I measured it I had about 1/3 cup extra and went ahead and dumped it in..still came out perfect. Ohhh. I only used 1/2 tsp. of cloves, dear husband is not a big fan....but it was perfect.

Best Ever Jalapeno Poppers
left out the bacon..seasoned cream cheese with a little garlic and salt. I deep fried the first four and the pepper was too crispy, so I put the rest in a 350 degree oven and baked for 40 minutes. THey were much better that way.
