Creamed Chicken for Biscuits

Delicious! Thanks for this simple, satisfying meal. I used skim milk & added a dash of parsley and a little more garlic powder. I threw in some shredded chicken & frozen peas & carrots that I had quickly steamed. It was excellent!

Italian Breaded Pork Chops

Great pork chops! I used thin boneless pork chops and followed the recipe as written except for changing the cook time. After browing for about 3 minutes on each side I put them in the oven for about 5-6 minutes and they were perfect. These were a hit with the entire family! I served them with a quick risotto and green peas.

Famous Butter Chicken

This chicken is awesome! I made it for dinner last night & it was perfectly moist & so delicious! I followed the recipe with the exception of adding a few additional spices (a little oregano, italian seasoning & dried mustard) to the cracker breading. Try this...you won't be sorry!
