Tangy Poppy Seed Dressing
I made this as a dressing for the Super Seven Spinach Salad on this site. It is delicious. Today I made a double batch. Great combination with that salad or any green salad.

Super Seven Spinach Salad
This was very good. I left the skin on the apple...used a corer to core and divide it into wedges and then just chopped them. I made the Tangy Poppy Seed Dressing on this site and it was perfect with this salad. Hubster loved it too.

Pizza Casserole
Pretty good stuff. Kids loved it. I mixed it all up with some cheese and put it in a deep dish pizza pan to cook it; then added more cheese the last ten minutes. Thanks for a keeper, Melissa!
