Hot Artichoke Dip with Sun-Dried Tomatoes
Everyone loved this recipe even the non artichoke eaters liked it. I used 1/2 cream cheese 1/2 mayo. Turned out great. This is a super easy recipe.

Brown Sugar Banana Nut Bread I
Flavor was great but texture was not. It was crumbly. I make a new banana bread recipe weekly from all recipes (for my daycare) and this was my least favorite. The kids still loved it even though it crumbled.

Mom's Best Peanut Brittle
This was great. I put pecans, almonds and cashews in mine. Yummy!
