Country Apple Dumplings

Wow! I was very leery going into this, but I followed the recipe to a Tee and it came out amazing!!

Yum! I wanted to make crispy chicken tacos and needed a good fried chicken recipe. I doubled all the spices and added garlic powder. I also put the chicken tenders in flour, then egg, then the crumb mixture. Only a few minutes per side and I had perfect fried chicken tenders for my tacos!

Caramel Shortbread Squares

These were very easy to make. I lined my pan with parchment paper which made it super easy to get them out. The only problem I had, and I think it was my error was having a hard time getting the chocolate to melt to the perfect consistency to spread over the caramel! Other than that these little jewels tasted great!

Chicken and Gnocchi Soup

This was pretty good! I stuck to the recipe. There is alot of chopping to do for this recipe, so I just put all of the veggies in the food processor and let it go! So much easier!

Best Brownies

Slow Cooker Spicy Chicken

This was very good! I added double of just about everything to spice it up and it turned out juicy and the perfect spiceness for my kiddos! We used it in tacos, but are thinking about using the remainder in chicken enchiladas. Thanks for the great and easy recipe!

Banana Crumb Muffins

I have been wanting to try this recipe forever. Other than adding a little extra cinnamon in the batter and forming it into a loaf instead of muffins I followed it to a tee! It is amazing!! 35 minutes tops for a loaf and it was crispy on top with this amazingly sweet moist center!! Definitely a keeper!

Charley's Slow Cooker Mexican Style Meat

We really enjoyed this recipe. I made a few changes based on reviews. I only used a few tablespoons of hotsauce and no cayenne because of my kids. I also added about a bottle of beer to the liquid to add more flavor. Put these in tortillas and it was enjoyed by everyone! Going to make beef enchiladas with the leftovers!

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

I was a little skeptical as this was cooking, but the finished result was yummy! I added lots of salt, pepper, and Worshershire Sauce. I sliced it up then added it back in the pot for about a half an hour. Then toasted some provolone cheese on the bread. Loved by all!

Absolutely the Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

These were delicious! The only change I made was that I used regular shortening because thats all I had on hand. Mine baked a little longer than 10 minutes but sooo good!
