Simple Whole Wheat Bread
The best recipe I have ever tried.
I have been trying different whole wheat bread recipes on this website and most of them have difficulties rising. I asked couple of friends and one mentioned that it might be the organic flour I was using, since organic flour is more difficult to rise.
Anyway, I tried this one and it is delicious and fluffy. I plan to increase the whole wheat flour portion gradually. Hopefully, the bread will still rise.
