My husband and two teens loved this recipe. I give it five stars for that reason -- they are a picky bunch! The only small changes I made were shredded Monterey Jack cheese (instead of the Swiss), fat free half & half (instead of the milk) and I dotted margarine on top. I also used the crock pot! Wil definitely make this again!!!

This recipe is quick and easy. I have made it twice now and it is one of the very few recipes all four of us will eat. Of course, my son picks out the mushrooms!

I made the recipe exactly as it was and it was good. The noodles were cooked perfectly -- they were actually soft so I cannot imagine cooking them first. My family liked it -- it was quick and easy.
