I'll admit I'm a foodie... Always loved to cook and enjoy really fine food.I come from a long line of southern cooks although I don't fry anything much anymore.As a child I watched my Grandmother roll biscuits with one hand..Watched her as an adult too.:) She's gone now and I still can't do it... Baking and simple gourmet meals. Being 60 yrs old and an only child.(My Mother came from a family with 7 children so I had lots of people to love.) I think now it's the family traditions I miss. They are all pretty much gone now(my family). The get togethers... Christmas, Thanksgivings and Birthdays. Or just being together. Cherish your families folks they won't always be here. Many...good food,good friends and family. The first time I made veal Parm.I didn't pound the veal and had invited friends over...:(....
