Cheesy Baked Salmon

I was a little skeptical, but this recipe was marvelous! I didn't have the green onion, but chopped yellow onion, and it was perfect! This is a keeper!

Grandma Ople's Apple Pie

This is probably the best apple pie recipe I have found. It is just wonderful. The only thing I do that is a little different is add cinnamon to the apples because I love the smell and taste of the cinnamon. This is a KEEPER!!

Orange Glazed Swordfish

This was delicious! A very nice change from the run of the mill swordfish. I broiled the swordfish in the house, and it was perfect! My husband said this recipe is a "keeper"! I agree!

Grilled Country Ribs

These were good. I like the BBQ sauce. It is the middle of the winter, so I didn't grill the ribs, but did put them under the broiler. I'm sure they would have been better off the grill.

Broccoli Chicken Casserole I

I didn't care for this at all. The stuffing on top was very dry. I had leftovers and the next night I just added chicken broth on top of the stuffing and covered and warmed in the ove. That seemed to help.

Apple Crisp IV

I have tried so many apple crisp recipes and found this one to be the BEST!! I doubled the recipe for a potluck at work, and it came out fantastic! Rave reviews by everyone! This is truly are 5 star recipe.

Cabbage Rolls II

This is a wonderful recipe! This is my first attempt at making Cabbage Rolls, and it came out fantastic! The only thin I would change is the amount of pepper. It was a little too peppery for my taste, but it was very, very good. My husband enjoyed them as did I.

Florentine Stuffed Chicken

Very good! I had fresh spinach which I chopped in the processor. I also chopped about a 1/4 of onion and a large clove of garlic. I also added about a tsp. of Olive oil which held the stuffing together and made it a little more moist.

Sugar Cookie Icing

I have been looking for the perfect icing recipe, and this is IT! I have never gotten just the right consistancy, but going with some of the reviews, I found using 3 tsp. milk, and 3 tsps. cornsyrup was just right! This is a keeper! Thank you.

Cut-Out Cookies in a Flower Pot

Iwas looking for a five star recipe, and this is IT! I made wedding cake cookies, and they turned out fantastic! The cookie cutter I used was quite large, and after a couple of tries, realized thinner is better. They rise enough and keep the shape. Definitely a winner! The only thing I did differently, was I used parchment paper and they came out evenly browned on the bottom. Wonderful recipe!
