I was looking for a recipe that used few ingredients and that I had off hand. I forgot to make a dish for my daughters school gathering. I didnt have time to cook it in the crock pot, so I pressure cooked the chicken, shredded it, and added the sauce I had made in a seperate bowl. Needless to say, I had so many compliments on it. I cant wait to cook it in a crock pot Im sure the flavor really infuses in the chicken, and it tastes even better. I used Kroger brand "medium" wing sauce. Its cheaper, and I think it tastes like BW3.

Who knew there was a certain way to boil chicken? This recipe made te chicken so tender and juicy. I will use it from now on!
