Angela's Alfredo Ham

This was so good! I left out the peas and added sauteed onions and green bell peppers. I used one jar of Ragu light alfredo sauce and half of a regular alfredo sauce. We loved it with the ham!

Five Minute Ice Cream

This turned out differently than expected, but I'm sure it was something I did. It was really thin, so we just drank it. It tasted great, though, so I'll just keep tinkering with it until I get it right. Great, easy recipe!

Pollo Fajitas

Wow! We've been eating this as leftovers all week and love it every time! I included spanish rice, cheese, tomatoes and light sour cream in the tortillas and it was awesome. I'll definitely make this again! Thank you Theresa!
