Poor Man's Shepherd's Pie
My family loves this recipe. I use onion powder instead of green onions and minute rice instead of brown rice...just for ease of cooking. It's fast and easy to make and doesn't taste like it's out of a box!

Green Chili Stew
WONDERFUL recipe. I made it even simpler by just throwing everything in my slow cooker and letting it cook for 2-3 hours until tender. I added the potatoes about 1/2 an hour before serving.
