In my high school home ec class we were to make a loaf of bread. I used 1/2c instead of a 1/2tsp...killed the yeast!!!! ha ha

White Bean Chicken Chili
This was VERY good. I was unable to find the tomatillos so I substituted a can of Rotel and a jar of tomatillo salsa (made for quacamole). very good. I thought the splash of lime juice added a great little zing!! Will plan to make again.

Blueberry Cream Muffins
I thought this was Ok. Granted, it's my first home made attempt. I used the two cups of blueberries and added a cup of chopped pineapples. I think there should still be more blueberries/fruit added. I also added the cinnamon that another reviewer recommended but it could have used more.

Vietnamese Style Vegetarian Curry Soup
This didn't blow me away but I would still recommend making. I left out the potates and carrots and used chicken instead of tofu. I'm freezing the remainder so I'm sure it will be even better the second time around.
