This is a good recipe. I used pre-sliced mild pepperoncinis, and it wasn't too spicy for the kids. I didn't care for the pickled veggies after they had cooked, but my husband ate them up. I will definatly make this on a regular basis!

Mine came out a little lumpy, but it tasted great. I served it on pancakes, and my 18-month old ate two! She never eats more than two bites of anything. I will make this again and try to figure out what I did wrong the first time, as I didn't read of anyone else having problems with lumps.

I have been dying to make a dish with coconut milk, and I have to admit that I was slightly disappointed with the outcome of this one. I guess I had high expectations after reading the reviews. I expected more of an exotic flavor, and this was just kind of ordinary. However, the chicken did turn out very tender and juicy. I didn't even need a knife to cut it! It tasted great....just not what I had in mind.
