My husband and I think these are great. I did make one change however as I didn't have any corn flakes, so I crumbled up Ritz Crackers in place of the corn flakes and it came out so yummy. The bottom of the chicken (even though I flipped it half way through) was a little mushy but the top stayed crunchy. I have made these a few times since first trying this. I may one day try it with the corn flakes, but I was so happy with the Ritz that I may not. Thanks for the recipe!!!

This was an overall good recipe if you like a strong lemon flavor. I did soak it in the lemon juice for about 15 minutes and it was just a little too strong of a lemom taste for me and my husband didn't really care for it at all. Thanks for the recipe anyway.

I thought this was very tasty, the only difference is I used a store bought pizza dough, but made the remaining recipe to the letter. If I make this again, I will definitely either add chopped jalapeno's or fresh roasted green chiles to the meat and cut way down on the sauce. While the sauce was tasty since I used the Hot Taco Seasoning, it was just a little overwhelming on the pizza. I tasted more sauce than meat or beans and would prefer a good balance of all three.
