Chicken Scampi II
We would give this 4.5 stars. I did go ahead and cut back the oil and butter and added 1/2c. of white wine. I also added some spinach leaves right at the end to add some more nutrition! Very yummy

Cake Mix Cookies VIII
I used these using a cinnamon swirl cake I had in the cabinet. They are the easiest cookies. I dont like crunchy cookies and they are soft and ooie-gooie. I did add the suggestions of oil and vanilla. They took about 10mins.

Shredded Beef Enchiladas
I didnt fry the tortillas but they still turned out good. This recipie was missing some sort of sauce on top, so I made half of them with a verde salsa on top and half with black bean and corn salsa on top and they were yummy. We couldnt eat them all so I froze the leftovers and they reheat very well.
