Janet's Rich Banana Bread
I FORGOT the sour cream!!! Didn't realize it until it was baking and I couldn't believe it. Know what? That bread was AWESOME. I saved a million calories and it was STILL awesome. Some added additional cinnamon and nutmeg, but I'm a banana bread purist and I really don't like anything messing with the banana flavor, so only add it if that's important to you. I did mash the bananas and made it to one cup - used soft butter (melt? what's THAT about?) and the flour mix was added last only because it's habit with me. We loved this recipe!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
our all time favorite - but I NEVER add the water and still have awesome gravy - add a small can of mushrooms and 1/4 cup of red or burgundy wine and the family is thrilled. If the gravy is too thick, you can always add a little water - but I never do . . .

Pork Chalupas
This has been in our family for years - glad it's been posted. I use this for a crowd and have the following on the side: diced tomatoes, sour cream, diced onion, guacamole, chopped olives, and lots of salsa. Then I have them serve it over fritos and add all the "stuff" on top. ALWAYS a hit.
