Black Magic Cake
This was a great cake, moist and easy to make, and I had no problems; it didn't stick to the pan. I filled it with Chocolate Ganache and topped it with Sour Cream Chocolate Frosting. It was a great hit. A chocolate lover's dream. My Mom used to make a similar cake, and I'm thinking this one may be better (sorry, Mom). My neighbor forced me to give her the recipe.

Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins
This is a great banana muffin; light and oh so tasty. I substitute applesauce for 1/2 of the oil, and usually add a bit of cinnamon. Today I used white chocolate chips instead of semi-sweet, and they were great. My three year old loves them, as does my husband. Very easy to make, and no disappointments.

Chocolate Ganache
I used this as a filling for the Black Magic Cake, with the Sour Cream Chocolate Frosting as a topper. It was fantastic, and my chocoholic husband loved it. My neighbor practically stole the cake on her way out. Decadent.
