Ginger Beef Stir-Fry
This was great. I used pork b/c I didn't have beef, and marinated it in teriyaki for a couple of hours. Had no fresh, so used powdered ginger, and omitted the red pepper flakes b/c my 5 year old was eating it. I also tripled the sauce b/c I had at least double the ingredients. I would have liked it a bit spicier, but with Ms. Fussy pants eating it, had to go on the mild side. But I enjoyed the sauce; I always have problems making stir fries, so I was happy overall with the flavor. Maybe next time I will add chili sauce to my plate and my husband's.

Grandma's Chicken Noodle Soup
Grandma knew what she was doing! The poultry seasoning gives it a great flavour. The first time I made it, I cut back on the salt (I was a little leery), but then had to add some chicken soup base. The second time, I didn't even add chicken; it was fantastic just with noodles (I used chinese noodles) and the veggies. Super easy and super tasty.

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I
What a super chocolately treat. My four year old loved them, as did my husband and I. I made the whole recipe, and froze them into little balls so I could just pull a few out and bake whenever I need (or want!) them. It worked great. My favorite double chocolate cookie recipe!
