Artichoke Spinach Lasagna
DELICIOUS!! I made this for our anniversary dinner-coupling one of my favorites (lasagna) with one of my husband's favorites (spinach). Now we both have a new favorite! I doubt I'll go back to "normal" lasagna. Try this one even if you don't like artichokes!

Pepper Jelly Glazed Chicken
This recipe deserves a standing ovation!! A simple recipe with gourmet results. It will definitely be making encores at our house!

Funky Frito Fruckies
I made these for a Bake Sale at work and they were the "hit" of the sale! Everyone who bought them had to have the recipe. Whether you like the salty/chocolate combo or not, these are a MUST!! Thanks!
